How Adarsh Developers got eyes on every site at once
Adarsh Developers had cameras on all its projects - but watched site by site, with no way to see them together, and no way to be sure they were even recording. On buildings still under construction, that gap mattered most. This is how they closed it.

The problem
Adarsh Developers builds across Bengaluru, and at any time a good number of its projects are still going up. Cameras go onto a site early - to watch material, machinery and access while the building takes shape - but each site was its own island: a screen in a site office, a recorder in a cabin, watched by whoever happened to be there.
That left the company with no way to see its projects together, and a quieter problem underneath it: no one could say for certain the cameras were actually recording. On an active construction site, cameras get knocked, power is unreliable and connections drop - and a gap in the footage only shows up at the worst moment, when something has happened and the recording isn't there.
- A screen per site office
- A recorder in a cabin
- No view across projects
- No proof of recording
One view of everything
Adarsh wanted one place to see every site, and confidence the footage would be there when it mattered. Enview VMS brought all of it - across every project - onto a single dashboard: live view and playback in one place, with each team given access only to the sites it runs.

Proof it's recording
What sealed it was the part they couldn't do before - an automated check, reported on a schedule, on whether each camera was healthy and actually recording. A dead camera now surfaces in a report instead of in a missing clip. And because the cameras were already on site, none of it waited for construction to finish; the platform went in on the buildings as they were, in phases, without interrupting the work.

Where it stands
Every site was brought on in stages, with no disruption on the ground, so Adarsh had eyes on its whole portfolio almost immediately. The company now rolls each new development onto the same platform as it breaks ground, and is looking at AI analytics on top of the footage for site security and day-to-day operations.
